As a lifelong resident of Alabama, Jared graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2004. He then attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he received his law degree in 2008. Upon graduation, Jared began his private practice in Birmingham, Alabama where his practice centered around the defense of workers’ compensation cases.

In January of 2022, Jared joined the firm of Pope & McMeekin where his practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation cases. Over the course of his career Jared has handled cases throughout the State of Alabama, representing both large corporations and small Alabama companies.
